The Stone Fox Story

Despina has been immersed in the world of architecture and design from a young age, where she spent her summers interning with her Aunt and Uncle at their modernist architecture firm, Varnava Architects in Nikosia, Cyprus. She studied interior design at the Art Institute of Houston, while working in the design industry since 2010. As a modernist trained but transitionally practiced designer with a passion for all things vintage, Despina is able to meld together the best of both worlds and work with a plethora of design styles and clients. Her ability to balance textures, scale, colors with neutrals, chicness with livability, and clean lines with whimsical details is what elevates her style. As a firm believer in not having a “signature look”, Despina believes that each home tells a unique story about the people living inside. Homes are like humans in that they reflect emotion, and when well- styled, they are living, breathing story books, weaving each unique client's story through their design. Despina truly shines in her ability to harness and guide each individual client's style into a finished, well tailored Stone Fox home.
